Michelle Michelle Michelle Michelle MichelleMichelle Trachtenberg, an American model and actress hailing from New York City. Her grandparents reside in Israel and she also celebrates Christmas and all religions. She attended a Catholic high school because, she said, tuition was less expensive than the Jewish one. Her mother Lana is a bank supervisor as is her father Michael Trachtenberg is a fiber-optics engineer. Michelle Trachtenberg began her career at a young age. She's been in numerous film, commercials and TV series. Most well-known is her character of Dawn Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Michelle Trachtenberg grew up with her older cousin, Irene and her sister Irene in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. She attended The Bay Academy for the Arts and Sciences when she was the junior high schooler. She later received education at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. She speaks Russian. Trachtenberg received numerous awards, among them one of them being the Young Artist Award from the Sarasota Film Festival. She has also been nominated for the Teen Choice Award (youngstar award), Saturn Award (saturn award) and Daytime Emmy Award.
